When I lived in Qatar restaurants & cafes had this thing with sprinkling gold on cappuccino. It always felt So Very Wrong to drink gold. Like, why would you do that?!
I still don't know why anyone would eat gold. But I do know that this month we'll be talking about gold. Specifically, we'll be exploring our Golden Grids.
The Golden Grid is a visual representation of your values.
Knowing your values is gold. Values are valuable; your values are your gold.
Sam Whittaker calls values the “magnets in the moral compass”. I call values the spine that always has your back. They help you keep your center & stand up for what you're here for.
Obviously, if you don’t have a spine in your back or a magnet in your compass, you’re going to get wobbly and go off course.
Maybe even fall face first into the foam of a trigger, an antagonism, a distraction. You'll be reactive instead of able to respond to sticky and wacky situations with creatively & in integrity.
This month we will begin exploring our personal values. Knowing them. Living them. Having their gold sprinkled on a frothy cappuccino with cake on the side.
☕️
Just kidding, there will be no cake & coffee in the studio.
But, I really miss the lusciousness of having cake. So this month, after the Expedition, those who want, can get yourself a coffee with us at a nearby cafe. This is not part of our Expedition and is open to anyone, so feel free to have a friend or partner meet up with us at the cafe after the Expedition.
☕️
If you want a spot, I suggest you book immediately. I expect this Expedition to sell out.

Out-of-Town Guests:
The Malzgasse Studio is located just one tram stop from the main SBB Train station. Streetside parking and a parking garage are nearby.
Safety Measures:
Max 20 participants indoors. Hand disinfectant provided at entrance. 1+ meter distance between participants. Open windows. If you are unwell (in any way), please cancel your reservation by sending me an email & do not put the group at risk.
What to Bring:
Bring a notebook. I recommend having a notebook that you use only for our Expeditions.
Bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a desire to expand even more into your awesomeness.
As always: do not bring any criticism & advice for others. This is a safe space for each of us to explore our own deep inner knowing.
Heads Up:
Format: Due to the nature of our work this month, our format will be slightly different than usual. You will receive a small introductory packet approximately a week prior to the Expedition. This will help you get in the groove of our topic this week. You will only need about 5 minutes to read the material (I recommend doing so with a cup of coffee, of course.)
If you have a snake phobia, let me know in advance. Our worksheet this month has the image of a snake on it. (When you register let me know so I can create a non-snake worksheet of the Golden Grid for you.)
