There is great power in giving yourself permission to ask for what you want. It requires us to pause & listen. To speak up & be seen. To say to yourself: my needs matter. I matter. This is what moves me, challenges me, inspires me. This is who I am.

That is what I am offering space for this month. For you. For myself.
